 Position: Head of Counselor
 Location: Dhaka
BDiZ Global Ltd. is looking for a passionate and experienced professional to lead our Student Visa Consultancy team.
 Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in student counseling or team leadership
• Ability to lead, manage, and support a counseling team
• Strong knowledge of Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada & Europe student visa processes
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
 Telemarketing & Client Interaction:
• Conduct telemarketing to reach potential clients and motivate them
• Handle high volumes of client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Follow up on student enquiries, requests, and complaints with proper support
 Skills:
• Strong counseling experience with a positive and helpful attitude
• Expertise in guiding students through the study abroad process
• Ability to manage high volumes of immigration-related cases
• Strong telemarketing and motivational skills
• Excellent communication (face-to-face, phone, and email)
• Effective follow-up with students

 Salary: 8,000 – 10,000 BDT Duration: 3 Months Key Responsibilities:
• Assist counselors with student inquiries and follow-ups
• Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp & social media
• Maintain and update client data & files
• Support admission and visa processing tasks
• Help organize documents and office workflow
• Participate in marketing and lead generation activities
• Provide general administrative support
- Video presentation in different country's Facebook / Instagram ad. Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Bangla & basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet)
• Smart, punctual, and willing to learn
